Getting the visitor experience right is vital in the pursuit of repeat visits. This event will look at the importance of improving the visitor experience in visitor attractions, how to achieve the right 'welcome', generating useful customer feedback and how to improve customer service in the tourism industry.

1740-1900: Speaker presentations including Paul Williams MTS, Principal Lecturer, Staffordshire University
1900-1945: Open Forum
1945-2030: Networking with Refreshments
